HOWEVER- extremely messy, and labor-intensive!!!! so much leftover batter too, after filling 18 cups- still had leftover..one of the messiest things I've ever baked.between the actual cupcake batter itself (so many ingredients!) then a peanut butter cream, then a ganache.cupcakes should be simple- I think. lotta work for a cupcake,""
