I am not a cheesecake fan and I loved this recipe! it was a huge hit! I made it before thanksgiving to try it out and it was demolished by my test crowd...then the next one was by my family on turkey day :) The only problem was cracking...both cracked :/

Reviewed Sausage, Dried Cranberry and Apple Stuffing

Last year I used the recipe's full serving of cranberries and I got feedback that it was good but a little too sweet. This year I had cranberry sauce and cranberry cider, so I omitted the cranberries from the dish altogether. I like it best without the cranberries. It's super simple to make and very tasty...ESPECIALLY if you use sage flavored sausage!...

Reviewed Mascarpone Chocolate Toffee Bars

I liked the taste of the bars, but something about them just wasn't right...Giada says to put them in the freezer, but frozen they were almost impossible to cut. But when they were thawed the chocolate topping was so gooey that they were a huge mess to eat. I can't figure out the happy medium. On the taste side, they were quite yummy.
