"I love this dish! I was concerned that it might be too rich for my teens, but with the sweetness the balance was perfect. I was able to prepare the rice in advance and that made it easier to create on a busy schedule. I am looking for a substitute for the standard Thanksgiving turkey and I think I may have found it here!
