“I loved this recipe and so did my whole family. I didn't have apple juice so I used applesauce for the marinade which turned out fine. Also, midway through cooking the chicken I threw a splash of red wine into the pan which added some vibrant color and sweet taste.
Served it with an Italian style salad and the meal was to die for!"”
