This was great! I used tangerine peel since that's what I had. The waffles smelled great and were awesome. I recommend only eating one. They were pretty heavy and held me over for quite a while. Couldn't finish them but I'm going to freeze them so I can use them as a quick sturdy morning breakfast.

I guess I really liked it. I was on my last bit of it when my boyfriend looked over and and was like "whoa!" He was only half done.
