Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup

“Really tasty start but is WAY to watery. I like it thicker so with the 6 cups of stock a 3 1/4 pound butternut squash produces about the right consistency.
Or if you get a larger or smaller squash you need enough liquid to just cover the squash.
I also pureed everything, including the onions.
