"Ive never made shrimp scampi before and thought I would try this since it looked yummy and fun to make! I only used 1 slightly larger shallot instead of two, and I did forget the red pepper flakes, but it turned out great anyway, it was light and sweet, it tasted and looked amazing! This is definetly a keeper and a dish to impress the inlaws with!""
