This was delicious. A little on the fatty side, I try not to cook things with this much butter and heavy cream, but every once in a while is ok. This took me a lot longer to prep then it said. Maybe I'm slower then the average but pealing all the shrimp and cutting and chopping and so forth took me more like a half hour, maybe a little longer,...
