I have questions! Does anyone have any tips on brining or just bringing out the flavor of the turkey? It was moist, but I really couldn't taste any of the flavors. I brined the turkey for 15 hours in a 5-gallon beverage cooler, but did not turn the bird. I used the aromatics as AB says, but did not put in the juice of the aromatics (because AB "
