Great! My only tips is to not put the gremolata on until it's in the serving dish, not in the pan! Parmesan sticks to the pan and makes a mess!

Pretty good. I used parsley, but should have added additional parsley and onion. I mixed the yolks with the mayo before adding whites bc I don't like to eat plain yolk and I wanted it to be extra yellow. Next time, I'll try it with dill.

I really like it, but next time i'll add a little more chicken. I ended up with lots of the sauce left over and no chicken to go with it! The banana does disintegrate. I used an overly ripe banana to ensure the sweetness. My 10 year old son loved it! The smell drew him into the kitchen. He had never had curry before and he cleaned his plate....

This was actually very tasty. I've tried it with boneless breast, gross. Bone in skin on breast, blah. But this time I'm actually followed the recipe and purchased skin on bone in chicken breast and asked the butcher at Whole Foods to take the bone out. Finally, a good product. I will definitely make it again now.
