I followed recipe exactly. I think I would experiment around with the herbs next time. And the lobster took a lot longer to cook than indicated.

I've made these twice. The first time, I used my Chipshot (oldie but goodie) and they were beautiful! I cooked them at 350 for about 30 mins. The second time, I used the food processor to slice them and tried cooking them at 300 as suggested. I followed the recipe and found it very sticky as well. I did add some savory items (sundried tomatoes and rosemary). I used the fast-rise yeast as well. It did rise and then I transferred ti to my loaf pans and cooked it. I guess I should have let it rise in the loaf pans. It was heavy and flat. I';ll keep tweaking..."

So tender! I replaced the green pepper with zucchini... but i used the red pepper. And i put some red potatoes in the pot while it was braising and then the last 15 mins, I added the rest of the zucchini all chunked up. And I didn't do the flour thing... I just served it with juice on the side... it was better than I thought!
