Reviewed Slow Cooked Roast with Creamy Herb Sauce

I loved this and it was a hit at my Christmas Dinner! I did have to cook it longer than 2 hrs, but I anticipated that and watched the meat thermometer for when it was done. It was 5.5 lbs and a thick cut of meat so it took closer to 3 hrs but it was so worth the wait! I will be making this again!""
