Reviewed Sausage and Apple Stuffed Pork Roast
"My husband liked it, but it wasn't a real wow though. Dipping the pork in the juices did taste pretty good, but all in all, its just pork. Filleting it was too much work and I couldn't get it thin enough, and the sausage was overkill in the stuffing. I would try to leave it out so you can taste the stuffing. I would probably not make this agai"
