"I used the cookbook version which calls for 10 cups of water and 2 cups of polenta. Perhaps predictably it did not hold its shape in the oven! Even though I was scraping the slices off the sheets, it was delicious--just a little tricky for everyone to eat. Unfortunately I did not check here before making it again last night!
