OMG! This tasted amazing! I used 1 Lb. of beef and 1/2 Lb. of pork also added the egg and garlic. I crushed Ritz crackers for bread crumbs and seasoned them with parsley, cayenne pepper, and a bit of oregano. Used a can of chicken broth instead of beef broth and added water to equal 2 cups. It is my new favorite recipe. Thanks Ree."
