Reviewed Southern Egg Gravy
"I loved this gravy. It was delicious. My family and friends couldn't get enough. I did not include eggs in mine and loved it. Next time I will try it with eggs based on the comments, I am sure it is also delicious.
Reviewed Sausage Brioche Dressing
"I loved this recipe. I couldn't find brioche so I used ciabatta. Also I substitute a chicken and apple sausage for the pork sausage. The sweet flavor was great in the dish. It did get a little mushy but I like my stuffing like that so it worked fro me. I will make this one again for sure!
Reviewed Brie and Onion Puff
"This was a hit with my family and friends over the holidays. It was delicious and super easy. I will definitely be making this again and often!
Reviewed Sweet Braised Lamb Pasta
"My family and I loved this recipe. We had to make it after watching the show. It definitely takes time, but it was worth the wait and easy to prepare (just time consuming). You can find mulling spices at Trader Joe's. Took me awhile but I found them and it was worth it.
Reviewed Chocolate Truffles
"These are definitely very rich so if you don't like super sweet this is not the dessert for you. My friends and family loved these. They are yummy. I did not use coconut on mine since I don't like shaved coconut. Also, I would double the recipe if you have a large group coming over or if you want to give these as a gift.
Reviewed Claire's Spinach Carbonara
"My family loved this pasta and it couldn't be easier. I used turkey bacon and it was delicious. Definitely a keeper!.
Reviewed Classic Turkey in 5
"This was my first time ever making a turkey and it was delicious. My family and friends loved it. I didn't see the episode, I just made the recipe and did baste every half hour. Also, I seasoned the turkey the night before and let it marinate overnight and for part of the next day. Thanks Claire for making things so easy for this first-timer! I will definitely make this again next year if not sooner.
