Reviewed Lemon Fusilli with Arugula

Very nice, I was concerned about the amount of salt, but it was perfectly seasoned. Also the amount of lemon juice made me think it would be too acidic, but it was well balanced. I prefer chopped tomatoes, but I think the basic recipe is adaptable to many different vegetable preps and it will be equally delicious. A new addition to my repertoire. "
