Reviewed Vanilla Wafer Cake
"The idea of the cake held so much promise but failed to deliver. It tasted very eggy and the batter was super wet. I cut the sugar to 3/4 of a cup so maybe that's why. the cake just never came together. The top crust is good but the interior texture and sides were forgettable. Much better refrigerated with butter on it but I wouldn't make it again. "
