As a seasoned chef of over 20 years I should have known better. This is an awful way to destroy a chicken and your guests as well. Nowhere in his instructions is there a size or weight of the bird. The spices are so shocking to the tongue they will destroy you for 24 hours. Cook a chicken at 325 degrees not 300. Don't do this one. The first ever b"
