"Fabulous cook that I am, I always create very bland burgers. This is the 5th time I am making this recipe and absolutely love it!!!
It's easy and very flavorful. I guess simple is better. :) I think the cast iron skillet searing and then placing it in the oven not only enhances the flavor but keeps it nice and juicey. "
