I made this recipe with my Dad. We are an Italian family and LOVE bruschetta. In our opinions when you make the oil with the garlic, TAKE THE PAN OFF THE HEAT ONCE YOU ADD THE GARLIC; and stir. Do not leave it on because you will get a burned taste in your over all product...which is not pleasant. This will make a BIG difference. Also the tomatoes"
