We have a brown turkey fig tree and it's a great producer. This recipe is great with those figs. I insert a small bit of blue cheese in a whole fig, wrap with the prosciutto and bake at 350 for 12-15 mins, then drizzle with a bit of good honey, serve room temp to warm. YUMMM. It's a keeper!"
