Reviewed Momma Callie's Banana Nut Bread with Honey Butter

I have made this at least ten times now. No loaf has survived more than 8 hours!. Even without the Honey Butter it is perfect. I think the sour cream makes the difference.I use light, but not fat free. In my oven, I do not go more than 60 minutes. Also works on convection at 325. You will be buying extra bananas :)"

Reviewed Lemon Fusilli with Arugula

This has become a family favorite. The cream and garlic prevent the acid from the lemons and tomatoes from being overwhelming. It actually makes the tomatoes sweeter. I sometimes add fresh basil leaves or grilled chicken. I got my recipe from the cookbook and there is no broccoli in that version!""
