Reviewed Basic Buttercream Icing

This icing was FAR too sweet. The texture was great, even though I added less sugar than the recipe called for. I find that a higher butter to sugar ratio produces a much better product. This tasted like straight powdered sugar. I certainly will not make this recipe again. "
