Reviewed Pan-Roasted Chicken With Leeks
"I made this the other night. My "bunch" of leeks was 3 stalks, about 3 cups. I used drumsticks and thighs and everything came out great. The leeks cook down into a cream sauce that would have been great with mashed potatoes of noodles. I will be making this again!"
