"If you make this dish right, don't pick up the rib by the bone, cause the meat will just fall off! Meat was so savory good, it screamed flavor. I have never cooked with wine before and was a little worried, but man, bring on the wine! Served this over garlic mashed potatos and I could not stop eating it. Made a lot of it, went fast!
