I also had to cook it an extra hour. It is done & I'm not thrilled. All I can smell or taste is vinegar. I made a 5 lb brisket & followed the recipe exactly. I made this for dinner tomorrow & now I don't know if I'll serve it. This is the first recipe of anne's I have made & I am really disappointed."
