Reviewed Bay Scallop Gratin
"I am do not eat seafood but I made this for my husband who went wild for it. He said it was superb and far exceeded anything he has eaten in a restaurant here in downtown D.C.
I used a Riesling since it's what I had on hand and I also sauteed bacon then softened the onion and garlic in the drippings. All in all it took me less than 15 minutes for phenomenal results. "
