"Eh, it was really just ok for me. I think it could have used a lot more spice and a little less lemon. I think I will try it again and alter the ingredients a bit next time- maybe increase the hot sauce or add some diced chilis."

"This was my first attempt at making Kale chips and they were terrific!! I did use an oil mister to apply my EVOO. On the second batch I added a little garlic powder to the mix also. Delicious! I look forward to experimenting with different seasonings on these! I will say that they don't store very well. They were fantastic when I tried them righ"
