"It turned out great! This recipe is so simple and I didn't have to run to the store to get a bunch of crazy ingredients. Even though I think 10 tablespoons of oil AND 4 tablespoons of butter is a bit much, I didn't skimp and It was so good! I actually did not have enough red pepper flakes, so I had to make up the rest of the amount with cayenne ""

Reviewed Couscous with Mushrooms

"I made this and used it as the stuffing for my stuffed beefsteak tomatoes. It worked really well and tasted delicious! I only used 2 tbs of olive oil and just 1 tbs of butter to lighten it up. Also, at the end I added some grated parmesan cheese to make it a little gooey. It was so good!"
