"All I can say is FANTASTIC. I love, love, love this recipe. The are very easy once you do the recipe once. I can say that they would be a little too plain without the icing. I was a little skeptical of lemon with blueberry but it was really great. If you do not do the icing maybe add some sugar to the batter or do a butter and sugar on top. "
