Just made my first batch, and I am completely hooked. 5 stars don't do this recipe justice. I know what I'm making for my friends and family this Christmas. Since I didn't have any cayenne pepper readily available, I substituted that for Tabasco. I used 1 tsp Tabasco for each pint to make a mild variation, 2 tsp/pint for medium and 3 tsp/pint...
