My Activity

Reviewed Wasabi Marinated Tuna with Field Greens

"This is a wonderful recipe. It's a staple in my house. It's a lot of dressing that is correct. But you can use it for any other salad you are making.I freeze it before adding the oil so I have it for the next time.
Dear other reviewer don't try and be fancy just use what you like.It comes out perfect any how."

Reviewed Beef and Cheddar Casserole

"I had turkey in the freezer so I used that instead of beef.
I also used more noodles. We all liked it at lot, leftovers were still tasty.
I did not think it was dry at all or bland.Just taste your sauce and ajust My youngest did not like the peppers. Then again she is the picku one.It went really fast too. Will make this again for sure."

Reviewed French Apple Tart

"This is soo delicious.
Big hit every time I make it.Go with 4oo F and spoon the melted sugar over top so it does not burn .
I always forget to put the jam on and it is still awsome. Not overly sweet like european deserts are."

Reviewed Leftover Baked Potato Soup

"This soup is sooo good and so easy to make.
I use it all the time when I have leftover mashed potatoes sometimes it's a little thicker sometimes more liquid.
The leeks give it so much flavor. If you don't feel like chopping you can puree it later.
All in all amazing and you can make it low cal by using fat-free sour cream and buttermilk "
