This was delicious! I followed it to a T, and loved the flavor. The only problem was that it fell apart! I didn't care but if I had been serving it to guests it would have been embarrassing!! She made the same recipe as meatballs and mini meatloaves on different episodes. I think the meatballs would hold together better. "

Absolutely Delicious! I made with a whole bag of frozen peaches and followed the rest of the recipe exactly. I did use a 10x10 pan because i didnt have a smaller one, and I'm glad I did! the batter didn't reach to the edges and I was concerned but, boy does this batter expand! in a 9x9 it probably would have spilled over!! 210 degrees on a thermometer is way too hot! The bottom burned and it completely dried out. It smelled delicious and ill try it again but definitely don't go by the temperature guideline!!!"
