"Wow cannot believe some of the negative reviews on this recipe!!! True, it is spicy. Cut the heat out if you do not like it. I use indian NAAN bread instead of pita, skip the saffron in the plum tomato sauce and I do cut the heat in half. This recipe is absolutely delish!!! Please make variations as you see fit.
We have made this recipe several times,,,also we cut the amount of spices in the rub in half but only because it makes way too much rub and there is a lot left over. (it will empty out your spice collection in a hurry!!!) Also we have used a premade jar of curry rub before instead of using all of those spices..found in the grocery store . you can buy mild, medium or spicy
