My Activity

Reviewed Mom's Meatball Stroganoff

"I will make this again, except for adding onions to the meatball mixture. When frying the meatballs, the onions began to stick to the skillet and burn. As a result, the final product had a burnt taste. The sauce was excellent and I used portobello mushroom and white wine as opposed to cooking sherry."

"I made this for a party and not a drop was leftover! I had multiple requests for the recipe. It would be wonderful over pasta.""

Reviewed Patriotic Berry Trifle

"This recipe is a keeper! I made this for a party and everyone raved about it. The fresh lemons really brighten the dish's flavor. It makes an elegant presentation for any party/event. The only change I made was to add a bit of fresh lemon into the whipped cream."

Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole

"I made this for a work event and the guests loved it. The water chestnuts and wild rice added nice texture and flavor. I think one can of (french cut green beans is enough and I also found it needed a bit more seasoning, so I added Tony Chachere's Seasoning Blend. Otherwise a great recipe I will make again.
