Reviewed Spinach Stuffed Zucchini

Delicious! I made a few modifications. 1. I used EVOO instead of butter 2. I doubled the "dry" stuffing to 2 Cups 3. I used fat free greek yogurt in place of sourcream. 4. Baked as directed & broiled for 3-5 min at the end. So so good ;) my hubby hates zuchinni & is just ok on spinach, he loved it. I justed noticed that it calls for yellow squash...
