This is delicious! I followed the recipe to the T in half. Used an 8x8 glass dish and had 3 beautiful layers that fit perfectly. Even halved, the recipe did make much more liquid than necessary for dunking the lady fingers, but no biggie. I used my hand mixer for whipping the egg/sugar mixture over the steam and it took exactly 7 minutes. Mak"

If you have never made bread before... this is the easiest recipe and pretty much fool proof. Absolutely delicious and I followed Anne's recipe to the T, except I did sprinkle a little rosemary and parm on the top before baking. I hope there is some left when my family gets home! ;) Anne definitely knows what she is doing, I trust her recipes....

I stepped this recipe up just a notch by adding a blend of the smoked cheddar with a smokey jack cheese and left out the feta (I'm not a fan of it). Amazing flavor! The 2nd time I added a few crispy bacon bits... after cooking brushed with a hickory BBQ sauce... O M G they are amazingly delicious! This is a weekend staple now for watching the g"
