Delicious!!! So making this again! I did use crab meat in place of lobster because I made it for a huge party as a side dish and lobster was not on sale. I would cut down on the salt by just a touch for me but everyone loved it! My brother in law wants me to make it for him every week because he loved it so much. I find it tastes better the longer"

I loved it, a little too lemony for some of my guests so cut down on the lemon if you don't want too much lemon flavor but others couldn't get enough of the salmon"

Is a must with these fries but it was a lot of aoili for the fries. Also make sure the fries are over direct heat for best result."
