I have been making turkeys for over 30 years; mostly with pretty good results. A constant problem is waiting for the stuffing to reach proper temp., while the rest of the bird is done. This is a great and easy recipe. I buy shrimp already cleaned, with the tail on from my fish monger. Boiled shrimp is okay if you want a cold or even slightly icy shrimp cocktail. However, the flavor the shrimp has with this recipe is outstanding. Everyone even marginal shrimp lovers rave about these! Keep 'em coming, Ina!
