Reviewed Turkey with Stuffing
"I have been making turkeys for over 30 years; mostly with pretty good results. A constant problem is waiting for the stuffing to reach proper temp., while the rest of the bird is done. This can make for a dry bird. It has never occurred to me to par-cook the stuffing in the microwave. I'm going to be sure to do just that this year. I'm anxious to see the results this year. Reviewed Roasted Shrimp Cocktail
"This is a great and easy recipe. I buy shrimp already cleaned, with the tail on from my fish monger. Boiled shrimp is okay if you want a cold or even slightly icy shrimp cocktail. However, the flavor the shrimp has with this recipe is outstanding. Everyone even marginal shrimp lovers rave about these! Keep 'em coming, Ina!
