Reviewed Sweet Potato Casserole
"Easy and delicious - not that candied sweet potato taste that can be cloying. Tried making the day before and transporting to a family dinner, and the texture was really not the same - it comes out nice and puffy, almost souffle. Once it deflates it is still yummy but not nearly as good. This is definitely one to bake and bring right to the table."
