"I have not made this recipe yet but plan to for Thanksgiving. In defense of Paula Deen perhaps the friend in New Orleans just failed to tell her where she got the recipe. "This was great!!! I love many of Giada's dishes. However, reading the reviews I question why anyone would put parmesan on seafood. This is just not done in Italy............why?? not sure, perhaps it would overwhelm the delicate seafood.
