Reviewed Beef and Black Bean Chili with Toasted Cumin Crema and Avocado Relish
"AMAZING. I didn't have pasillo or ancho powder, but I had some fresh green chile powder straight from New Mexico, and that was awesome. Threw in an Anchor Steam beer, and after that it looked a little like some kind of bubbling witches brew, but in the end, turned out totally delicious. I couldn't get enough! The toasted cumin crema totally makes it--don't skip that part. :)
