Very good. Had the zuchinni with grilled rosemary/dijon chicken thighs. A great combination. Made this for myself and my mother for dinner yesterday,along with grilled dijon/rosemary chicken breast. Very good. And was a great accompaniment with the chicken. Very fresh and sweet tasting.Did not use toast, but used panko flakes instead(don't have a foodprocessor and why bother anyway),melted the margerine into it,saved some to sprinkle on top...
