"I've made several batches. First time I over cooked the honey mixture and had to throw the honey mixture out becauce it had an off smell. Then I made sure to not over cook it about 10 minutes or so. At that point I assembled the rest of the recipe. It turned out prefect. Was easy to cut with a soft crunch.
