I made this recipe the same night it aired for my company. It was a huge hit! I changed it a little... I didn't have mascarpone on hand, so I used sour cream in the dough instead. I drained the sour cream in paper towels for about 30 minutes. It worked out wonderfully. Easy and delicious! Grazie mille, Giada!""

I absolutely love this dessert! I made it for a family 4th of July BBQ and it was a BIG hit! I revised the recipe to my own taste. Since I am huge fan of Nutella, I added that to the cream mixture and added some roasted chopped hazelnuts as the topping. It was delicious! Will definitely make it again and again! Thanks."
