Great meatless lower calorie option. One tip is to maybe leave the dumplings in the simmering water a bit longer. The water temp cools once you add them, and doesn't start simmering again until the 5 minute time is about up. They were a bit too soft, but still very rich and delicious. I will definitely keep this recipe in weeknight rotation."

Great recipe! I added a little parm just for fun, I do think it was a typo in the directions, but what isn't good with parm?! Definitely use the marcona almonds they are AMAZING!! I only cooked my farro for about 25 minutes, very much kept an eye on it, also used veggie broth to cook it in, I would omit the salt next time, as together they got too...
