These were really good and easy to make. I actually spritzed some olive oil over them prior to baking them and they really crisped up! If you have a spritzer bottle it sprays a thin layer of oil over the taqutios without adding but 1 w.w point( if your doing w.w.) and you use your oil points for the day towards them.""

These were great!!! I had been craving one that isnt deep fried and lower in calories,fat and sodium. I did double the taco seasoning and they were still mild. Mine turned out really crispy. I put them on a bed of lettuce, added tomatoe and fat free sour cream for a mexican like salad. My husband who isnt watching his calories also loved them...

I am hoping to see my grandchildren run around me for a while without being on blood presure medicine. I made this for the second time. The two times I did make it both parties said about the same thing. It was very rich but good. One thing I would change. I served mine with a nice garlic bread. If I make it again, i'd skip the bread and serve with a vegetable to balance out the rich dish. It also is expensive to make. All the left over cheeses"
