My Activity

Reviewed Roman-Style Chicken

"This is really GREAT! I keep trying to find new recipes for chicken -- this one is definitely a 5-star. I did add the zest and juice of a small lemon to compliment the thyme, parsley and capers. I did not wait to eat it the next day -- it's still really good. But the flavors do improve with a little extra time. My whole family enjoyed this recipe."

Reviewed Cilantro Slaw

"This is really easy and good. However, I think there's too much milk in the recipe. I followed the recipe but threw away most of the milk before serving as it was soupy. I also added the cilantro when I mixed the other ingredients together -- I think the cilantro really seasons the slaw nicely. ""

Reviewed Spicy Pop Pulled Pork

"This is really good! I did take the seeds out of the peppers because my husband doesn't like super spicy food. I did love the smoky flavor the chipotle peppers gave the meat. It was really good. My family didn't mind having leftovers. The au gratin potatoes are wonderful with this recipe. It's a keeper. I really do like Ree's recipes and Pioneer W""

Reviewed Perfect Potatoes au Gratin

"Really Over the Top Good! I made it with the potato cubes the first time and then sliced the potatoes with a mandoline. I think the slices cooked more evenly for me and were quicker to prep. I added a little thyme and cayenne pepper to the custard mixture and bacon over the top with the cheese. I brought it to a funeral dinner and received rave re""

Reviewed Apricot Oat Bars

"This was really good. It's a quick snack or even breakfast alternative for the kids. I even substituted dried cherries and whole cherry preserves as well. Really good!""

Reviewed Espresso Brownies

"These brownies are so good! I took them to a ladies night function --they were a hit! Be sure to put in all the espresso powder -- it's such a flavor booster! The glaze was wonderful too. I added coffee liquor and vanilla both to the glaze. I used a 9x9 inch pan -- so did Giada in the video although the recipe calls for a 9x13 inch. I don't think I'll ever go back to regular brownies -- these are so much better and so easy."

Reviewed Pork Tenderloin with Plum Barbecue Sauce

"This is sooo good! Sometimes I find pork tenderloin can be very dry and blah -- but this recipe is great! My family really loved the flavors. I added a couple of minced garlic cloves along with the ginger when I made the bbq sauce. I served it with gingered brown rice and a tossed salad. It's really wonderful -- easy as well.
