Reviewed Banana Muffins with Mascarpone Cream Frosting

This recipe is delicious; however, the muffins come up a bit flacid. I make them all the time with chocolate chips, but I double the baking powder and halve the baking soda.This makes them rise more/fluffier. If you like them really moist, trading out half the white sugar for brown sugar has worked well for me to make them more moist. Great recipe....
